DOCTOR NAGLER'S CRASH DIETS
Women drink up to 3 formulas a day. Men drink up to 4. Nothing else!
Women eat up to 4 cans or 5 pouches per day. Men eat 5 or 6. Nothing else.
4 oz can or 2.5 oz pouch - Tuna, Salmon, Chicken, Turkey, Crab, Lobster, Clams, Sardines.
Max 1Tb per can or pouch - Mustard, Relish, Miracle Whip Light or Free, Fat Free Mayo.
1 lb Meat per day. Beef, Poultry, Pork, Fish, Seafood, 2 Eggs=4oz, 1/2c Cot cheese=4oz.
MEAT, FRUIT, VEG
Eat 2 meals per day. Each meal is 1 Meat, 1 Fruit, 1 Veg.
Breakfast - 1 Grapefruit, Coffee or Tea.
Lunch - 1 Grapefruit, 2 Eggs with Bacos.
Dinnner - 1 Grapefruit, 1 Meat, 1 Salad, 1 Veg.
Meat - 4oz Fish, Shellfish, Poultry (can or Pouch) or 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese or 2 Eggs.
Fruit - Restaurant portion of any Melon, Berry, Grapefruit or Pineapple
Veg - Restaurant portion of any Vegetable, NO Peas, Potatoes, Corn, Buter or Oil.
Salad - Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber, with 2 Tb (10 cal per Tb) Diet Dressing.
(1) Lose 5-25 lbs this week. Fastest weight loss is on Formula or Cat Food, then Meat.
(2) Salt, Pepper, Mustard, Dry Seasonings, Diet Jello. Nothing Else. NO Nuts, Cheese.
(3) 2 Bouillon cubes per day and 1 gallon (128 oz) Water, Coffee, Tea or Diet Pop.
(4) If you’re not hungry don’t eat. It’s easier to eat nothing than a little.
(5) The less you eat, the faster you lose weight. 500-600 calories per day is best.
(6) It doesn’t matter what time, how late, how often, or the number of meals you eat.
(7) Daily or weekly GLP1 Injections speed weight loss, block appetite, limit fat storage.
(8) Watch the BBC Horizon documentary "The Truth About Exercise" on Youtube.
(9) Do two 20-30 second high intensity intervals daily on an Elliptical, Gazelle, Airdyne.
(10) Maintenance: Stay on your diet Mon-Fri. Eat what you want Sat-Sun.
DR. NAGLER’S WALK, SWIM OR FLY DIET
(1) Eat just 500-600 (max 1000) protein calories/day for 2 weeks. Up to 1 pound per day.
(2) Women maximum 90 (men 120) grams protein/day. Nothing else. NO nuts/cheese.
(3) Calories per ounce: Shellfish 20, Fish 30, Poultry 40, Pork 50, Veal 50, Beef 60.
(4) Animal protein = 5 grams per oz. Cottage Cheese = 3 grams per oz. 1 Egg = 5 grams.
(5) Salt, Pepper, Mustard, Dry Seasonings, Diet (10 cal per Tb) Dressing, Diet Jello.
(6) 2 Bouillon Cubes per day and 1 gallon (128 oz) Water, Coffee, Tea or Diet Pop.
